Burdeni village

The village of Burdeni is located seven kilometers from the picturesque Balkan town of Tryavna.

The village is relatively small, but with exceptional natural and climatic features - a wonderful view of the Deer Balkan, Mount Botev, Mount Shipka, Buzludzha, crystal air, ice clear water, green forests and meadows, quiet and snowy winter. There are almost no permanent residents in the village, but on weekends the village is full of people. Its proximity to the town of Tryavna makes it extremely attractive for rural tourism.

Clean air, smooth hills and spaciousness are the first associations for the village of Burdeni. There are few locals in the village, most come only a few months a year, and tourists are even rarer guests in the neat village of Trevna. If you like long and peaceful walks, cycling adventures in nature or just want to feel the refreshing smell of thyme and hay, Burdeni is the right place.

The air there is not just clean, but suitable for people suffering from asthma and other respiratory problems. The village is located only 6 km from Tryavna, which makes it an easily accessible stop for summer or winter holidays. From Burdeni there is a beautiful view of Mount Botev, Mount Shipka and the Deer Balkan. Summer is perhaps the best season to visit, as it is then easier to explore the surrounding hills and meadows.

The asphalt roads connecting Burdeni with the nearby settlements are in relatively good condition and it is pleasant to ride a bicycle on them. Some of the neighboring villages such as Malki Stanchovtsi, Golemi Stanchovtsi and Poprajkovtsi are even smaller than Burdeni, but also extremely picturesque. Cars rarely pass on the road, except for the occasional hunting jeep.

There are places to stay in Burdeni all year round, although there are not many regular visitors.
